La Generación Y está arribando al lugar de trabajo. Es común que en ocasiones le pidan al director de programas o de proyectos recomiende a alguno de sus subordinados para que sea asignado a dirigir un proyecto nuevo. Dependiendo de la magnitud del proyecto el director de proyectos basara su recomendación en las habilidades y/o experiencia del subordinado.
